Service Desk Technician 100 %

LabPoint Laboratoires Médicaux SA, part of Affidea, specializes in laboratory medicine and places its expertise at the service of healthcare professionals and patients.

In order to strengthen the IT team at our site in Avenches, we are looking for a Service Desk Technician.

Your mission:

• You provide technical support to employees and clients for any IT request or incident related to the laboratories.
• You identify, analyze and diagnose incidents in order to provide appropriate solutions.
• You actively participate in the onboarding of new employees (preparation of equipment and user training)
• You update and enrich documentation as well as internal knowledge bases to facilitate the resolution of recurring incidents.
• You actively contribute to the IT team's on-call service.
• You possess a CFC as an IT specialist or a title/experience deemed equivalent.
• Experience in an Azure AD (on-prem) and M365 environment.
• You communicate easily in French and German, both orally and in writing; knowledge of Italian is an asset.
• You have several years of experience in the field, ideally in the medical sector.
• You support users with kindness, demonstrate great empathy and adopt a pedagogical approach adapted to their needs.
