On behalf of our client, a modern, digitalized and fast-growing fiduciary based in Genève and Lausanne, we are recruiting a Payroll Department Manager (80-100%).

As part of its business development, we are looking for an experienced person to lead the Payroll department.

Payroll Department Manager (80 - 100%)

Your main missions

• Ensure the management, coordination and development of the Payroll department
• Supervise, support and develop the skills of a dedicated team
• Supervise and guarantee the quality of processing related to salaries and social security obligations
• Collaborate closely with Mandate Managers to ensure optimal client support
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and contribute to the optimization of digital tools
• Be a reference person on matters related to payroll management and regulatory changes
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards and client commitments

Profile sought

• Training in the field of HR, finance, accounting or an equivalent degree
• Confirmed experience in payroll management and HR administration in a fiduciary
• First successful experience in management or a strong appetite for team management
• Very good mastery of Payroll processes and Swiss social insurance
• Ease with digital tools and interest in modern and innovative environments
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service
• Autonomous, organized and solution-oriented person
