Customer Support Technician - Electricity FR/ALL

For one of our partners, a company specialized in the import and distribution of electronic security systems, based in the Neuchâtel region, we are looking for a:

Customer Support Technician - Electricity FR/ALL (M/F)

Your responsibilities:

• Provide technical support by telephone and by e-mail to professional customers, notably installers
• Advise customers on the use, installation, and operation of products
• Develop a good knowledge of the products offered and perform tests in order to master their functionalities
• Accompany customers in the resolution of technical problems
• Train customers on new products and evolutions of the proposed solutions
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable products to them
• Establish commercial offers according to the needs and requests of customers
• Collaborate with the team in order to guarantee a quality service and effective follow-up of requests

Your profile:

• Bilingual French-German, indispensable to communicate with customers throughout Switzerland
• Training in the field of electricity, electronics, or in an equivalent technical field
• Interest in electronic security systems, notably alarms, video surveillance, and access control
• Good analytical skills and interest in resolving technical problems
• Ease in telephone and written exchanges with a professional clientele
• Sense of service, good communication, and ability to understand customer needs
• Autonomous, organized, and curious person, with a desire to learn and develop technical knowledge
• Interest in customer advice and commercial activities
