Reservation & Guest Service Agent (M/F)
Permanent contract at 100%

Under the supervision of the Reservations Manager, you are the first contact for our clientele. A true ambassador of the Royal Savoy experience, you ensure the efficient and personalized management of reservation requests, while guaranteeing irreproachable service.

On a daily basis, you will be required to:

Welcome and process reservation requests (telephone, email, OTA channels, GDS, website, etc.)
Provide accurate information on the hotel's offer, rooms, services, and rates
Maximize sales opportunities (upselling, cross-selling) according to the establishment's standards
Ensure rigorous entry of reservations into the PMS system (Opera)
Manage modifications, confirmations, and cancellations according to current policies
Develop individual and group offers
Taking reservations (hotel and restaurants) by telephone and by email.
Maintain a personalized relationship with our regular and VIP clients
Control reservations made the previous day and reservations arriving the next day.
Management of groups from the offer to the billing

In addition, your missions will also be:

Sales force: you are able to advise the client and sell them the product most in line with their expectations Work in coordination with the Revenue Manager for group pricing
Work in close collaboration with other departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Events) for all reservations and ensure that services are in accordance with all client requests.
Offer all clients the experience of excellence expected by the Royal Savoy clientele.
Work in a structured and organized manner in order to offer a quality of service and reactivity in accordance with the standards
Ensure compliance with LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards Participate in updating procedures, client files, promotional offers, and databases

You are a dynamic, sociable, diplomatic person with an excellent sense of interpersonal relations and oral and written communication
You know how to work in a team as well as with full autonomy
Organization, rigor, and reactivity are innate in you
You are available to work on Saturdays to meet client needs at all times
Perfect mastery of French and English; any additional language is an asset
You possess a keen sense of customer service and a passion for excellence
Proven commercial flair and mastery of sales techniques (argumentation, reformulation, identification of needs, handling objections, closing the sale)
You are a genius at mastering IT tools and the Opera software
You have training in the field and benefit from successful experience as a reservation agent in hospitality (preferably)
