You accompany a local and international clientele in the discovery of our collections, while embodying the values, elegance and savoir-faire that make our Maison renowned. Thanks to your sense of service, your expertise and your passion, you create a lasting relationship of trust with each client.

Responsibilities

Offer an exceptional customer experience

• Welcome each client with elegance, professionalism and discretion.
• Understand the needs, desires and expectations of each person.
• Present our collections, novelties and exceptional pieces.
• Share the history, savoir-faire and technical characteristics of our creations.

Develop commercial performance

• Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
• Develop and build loyalty with a local and international clientele.
• Ensure careful follow-up with clients and maintain a privileged long-term relationship.
• Participate in exclusive events and product launches of the Maison.

Guarantee boutique excellence

• Ensure the enhancement of products and window displays.
• Maintain an irreproachable environment, in line with the standards of the Maison.
• Perform administrative operations related to sales.
• Participate in inventories and stock monitoring.
• Respect security procedures and brand quality requirements.

Accompany clients after their purchase

• Advise clients on maintenance and repair services.
• Ensure follow-up on after-sales service requests.
• Guarantee proactive and transparent communication throughout the customer journey.

Profile ##

• Commercial, sales, luxury hospitality training or equivalent field.
• Proven experience in the luxury universe.
• Perfect mastery of French and English, any other language is an asset.
• Excellent presentation and sense of service.
• Team spirit, dynamism and proactivity.
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality
