MAIN ACTIVITY OF THE POST ##

Strengthen the project team during the migration of the Opale ERP to SAP, particularly during the testing, documentation, and training phases.

Contribute to the timely commissioning of SAP and the proper adoption of the new tool by users.

Operational support function, without project management or supervisory responsibility.

MAIN TASKS ##

• Demonstrate professionalism, rigor, and availability.
• Maintain team spirit and foster collaboration with project managers, user departments, and providers.
• Respect the schedule and priorities defined by the project managers.
• Report any anomaly, delay, or blockage point to the project managers without delay.

Testing and acceptance

• Prepare and execute functional and end-to-end test scenarios
• Test the interfaces between SAP and the connected software (Médiboard, billing, operating block, admissions, etc.)
• Document test results, enter and track anomalies until their resolution
• Participate in the control of data migrated from Opale

Procedures and documentation

• Write and update procedures and operating modes related to the new processes
• Develop training materials (user guides, quick reference sheets, presentations)
• File and maintain project documentation up to date

Training and support

• Organize the logistics of training sessions (scheduling, rooms, registrations)
• Conduct training for users, alone or in a pair
• Ensure first-level support to users during the startup phase

The holder may be required to perform tasks on an occasional or permanent basis and/or replace a colleague to ensure service continuity at the request of their hierarchical superior.

The holder is responsible for their continuing education in collaboration with the stream flow and performance manager and the Flow and Performance manager.

REQUIRED EDUCATION ##

• CFC commercial employee, HES Bachelor (business administration, management information systems) or a title deemed equivalent
• SAP user training or certification
• Knowledge of administrative processes
• Knowledge of the hospital or healthcare environment
• Proficiency in standard office tools (MS Office)
• Writing skills (procedures, educational materials)
• Knowledge of English
• Autonomy and ability to be quickly operational
• Rigor and organizational skills
• Pedagogical skills and interpersonal ease with users of various profiles
• Stress resistance and flexibility during the startup period
• Team spirit
