In this varied role, you will support different departments of the company throughout the employee life cycle and act as a preferred interlocutor for line managers and employees. The workplace, located in the Seeland region, is very easily accessible by car as well as by public transport.

Your activities at your future employer

• As a trusted person, you support and advise line managers as well as the employees in your sectors on all human resources matters, from hiring to departure
• The complete management of recruitment, from the publication of job offers to hiring, is part of your responsibilities, as is the rigorous and compliant monitoring of HR administrative processes
• The development of internal continuing education allows you to propose offers adapted to the needs of the company, while participating in HR issues related to apprentice training
• In close collaboration with the human resources management, you contribute to daily operational activities, the improvement of HR processes, and the realization of cross-functional projects

• An initial commercial training completed by the federal diploma of human resources specialist constitutes the basis of your qualifications
• Several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in a similar role, have allowed you to acquire solid skills in personnel management, recruitment, and HR administration
• Native French or German speaker, you master the other language at a level allowing you to conduct negotiations and also have good knowledge of English as well as excellent mastery of MS Office
