In order to strengthen our P&C Department, Pet Insurance Division, which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for a Pet Insurance Group Leader.

The various missions awaiting you

• Lead, support, and develop your team, by promoting empowerment, collaboration, and a positive collective dynamic.
• Organize and coordinate the team's activities, allocate resources, define priorities, and ensure the achievement of objectives.
• Drive operational activity, paying particular attention to processing times, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the management, monitoring, and coordination of complex files, while providing your expertise and support to employees when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with various interlocutors, particularly in the areas of training and quality, to ensure skill development and service quality.
• Contribute actively to continuous improvement, by identifying optimization opportunities and proposing evolutions in processes, practices, and organization.

What makes you unique

• You have proven experience in leading and managing a team, ideally in the field of insurance or services.
• Knowledge in the health field (veterinary or human) is an asset.
• You possess strong organization, coordination, and prioritization skills, and are comfortable managing complex situations.
• French native speaker, you have an excellent command of German: spoken and written level C1.

You are also organized, comfortable in task coordination and able to prioritize, accustomed to simplifying complex situations, but also endowed with an excellent sense of customer service and interpersonal skills.
