EN - Receptionist (M/F/X)

Your main missions will consist of:

• Being responsible for the welcome and follow-up of customer relations in compliance with the establishment's quality standards.
• Ensuring optimal and complete management of the hotel's clientele, as well as external clients.
• Managing customer dissatisfaction by defusing conflict situations and finding concrete solutions acceptable to the customer.
• Applying welcome standards in every customer detail.
• Ensuring the welcome (physical and telephone) of customers and managing correspondence (emails), notably for reservation confirmations.
• Ensuring the promotion, advice, and sale of services and various products to develop the Hotel's turnover.
• Working in collaboration with the other hotel services (housekeeping, breakfast, etc.).
• Morning and evening shifts.
• Welcoming customers, contributing to their loyalty through warm interpersonal relations, and ensuring permanent service quality.
• Anticipating and managing any situation in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and experience.
• Recording, following up on reservations, and ensuring optimum control of reservations.
• Having a sales mindset to optimize turnover.
• Ensuring the application of internal audit procedures for the securing of turnover (invoicing and collections).
• Being the guarantor of our loyalty program to customers.

Knowledge of the Accor group is an asset

Mastery of Opera Cloud is a plus

Mastery of English and German required

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position required
