Your mission

Customer Care:

As part of this diversified mission within our Front office team, you will play a key role in supporting our customers, from the first contact to customer follow-up; advise our customers by telephone, by e-mail, or directly on-site and support them in the use of our storage spaces. You are also responsible for various administrative tasks, such as accounts receivable processing, customer data management, monitoring access and security systems, as well as reception; respond to the organizational needs of our customers and participate in other activities, such as the sale of packaging material or the organization of moving services with our partners. You thus actively contribute to maintaining our quality standards and the smooth running of our operations; an important part of your activity also consists of welcoming and advising potential customers during the visit of their future storage space. Thanks to your professional and convincing approach, you contribute to offering an excellent customer experience and generating a high conversion rate.

Sales:

You also play an essential role in the acquisition of new customers. You process requests received via our website, telephone, by e-mail, or directly on-site and quickly identify the needs of our potential customers.

You present our solutions convincingly, advise interested parties in a needs-oriented manner, and transform requests into contracts. You like working with objectives, have a commercial and entrepreneurial spirit, and appreciate measurable sales results.

You will be required to take charge of the operational needs of our various sites in French-speaking Switzerland, notably in Bussigny, Neuchâtel, and Villeneuve.

Your qualifications

For this demanding and varied position, you have a few years of experience in sales, customer consulting, or Customer Service and have a sharp sense of customer orientation as well as a commercial spirit.

You enjoy contact with customers and thrive in advising and acquiring new customers, whether by telephone, by e-mail, or in person.

You know how to adapt to different types of customers and approach every person with respect, openness, and professionalism.

Your authentic and convincing personality allows you to quickly establish a relationship of trust and successfully conclude contracts.

You are autonomous, organized, reliable, and like taking on responsibilities.

You do not fear administrative tasks and are comfortable with common IT tools.

You enjoy teamwork and like collaborating with your colleagues to achieve common goals.

You are flexible and willing to travel occasionally to the various sites in French-speaking Switzerland.

You hold a category B driver's license. You speak French fluently and have a good level of English. German is an asset.
