The Centre de formation et de développement of the Hôpitaux universitaires de Genève is looking for a training officer to join the continuing education sector team. As part of the strategy of the human resources directorate, this sector supports professional line managers and departments in their continuing education activities, and contributes to the development of the training offer in order to meet the needs of the institution and the various professional branches. Training Officer - 80% to 100% As part of your function, you are responsible for analyzing the training needs and requests coming from clients at different levels of the institution, advising them and supporting them in the implementation of appropriate training actions. Your professional experience in the field of adult training as well as your knowledge of its concepts allow you to position yourself as a key actor and influence your various interlocutors (managers, human resources managers...). You are an agent of change and innovation. You are proactive and mobilize your ability to understand the requirements of professions in order to meet the training needs of the institution. You are an actor in the transition of continuing education systems into the era of hybrid learning, in a logic of collective intelligence. You will also have to ensure professional monitoring, in partnership with the professional directorates and other services of the HR directorate, in order to anticipate the evolution of tomorrow's skills and to ensure that the training implemented meets these new needs. As part of the ongoing organizational transformation of the Centre de formation et de développement, you do not hesitate to make proposals for improvement. In regular contact with the different members of the pedagogical team and your administrative colleagues, you promote collaborative work and team spirit, emulation and a dynamic of innovation. You invest yourself alongside them to support the transformation of the Centre de formation et de développement and notably the continuing education sector. Qualifications You master the reference pedagogical concepts, methods and means. Having a university Master's degree ideally in the field of adult training completed by a postgraduate training such as a CAS in the field of adult training, change management, HR, skills development or coaching, you possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar position. Experience in the health and/or social sector would be an asset to facilitate your success in this mission in service of the HUG and partner institutions. Experience in a similar role and/or as a training consultant and/or coach as well as in change management are also important assets. You have a methodical and structured approach in managing your projects, allowing you to coordinate, prioritize activities, manage internal and/or external resources, while responding to budgetary aspects. This conduct is carried out in a spirit of continuous improvement, at the service of the needs and strategic challenges of your clients and partners. This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills in order to successfully carry out the various negotiations and detect the expectations of the actors. Thanks to your customer orientation, your analytical and synthesis skills, you are able to provide the advice expected by the various stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal skills, a capacity for adaptation and team spirit are required, as well as great rigor and availability.
