As part of a consulting mission for one of our clients, a private bank based in Genève, we are looking for an Onsite IT Consultant specialized in level 1 and 2 IT support.

Integrated directly within the bank's IT environment, you will provide local support to users in a demanding international environment.

Onsite IT Consultant / IT Support Levels 1 & 2 (M/F)

As part of a consulting mission for one of our clients, a private bank based in Genève, we are looking for an Onsite IT Consultant specialized in level 1 and 2 IT support.

Integrated directly within the bank's IT environment, you will provide local support to users in a demanding international environment.

Your missions ###

• Provide level 1 and 2 IT support to users;
• Take charge of, analyze, and resolve IT incidents and requests;
• Provide efficient Onsite / local support oriented towards users;
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations and IT equipment;
• Provide support for Windows, Microsoft 365, and office tool environments;
• Manage issues related to workstations, peripherals, printers, and mobile equipment;
• Participate in the management of user accounts, access rights, and IT access;
• Ensure ticket follow-up until resolution and escalate incidents when necessary;
• Participate in the IT onboarding and offboarding of employees;
• Contribute to maintaining a high level of quality of service in a demanding banking environment.

Profile sought ###

• CFC in Computer Science or equivalent training;
• Between 1 and 5 years of experience in an IT support, Service Desk, Helpdesk, or IT Onsite role;
• Solid skills in level 1 and 2 user support;
• Good mastery of Microsoft environments and Windows workstations;
• Excellent service orientation and ability to assist demanding users;
• Professional presentation, autonomy, reactivity, and excellent interpersonal skills;
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is an asset;
• ???? Fluent English is imperative, in an international working context.
