Automotive after-sales service advisor (M/F) at 100%

You love automobiles, contact with customers and wish to join a dynamic team in a human-sized company? Then this position may be made for you!

Your tasks

• Welcome, advise and accompany our customers with professionalism and conviviality.
• Be the preferred interlocutor for our customers for all questions related to after-sales service.
• Plan and organize workshop appointments.
• Establish repair orders and ensure the follow-up of work.
• Coordinate interventions with our team of technicians.
• Check vehicles before their restitution to the customer.
• Explain clearly the work performed and advise customers on the maintenance of their vehicle.
• Identify complementary needs and propose adapted services.
• Actively contribute to the satisfaction and loyalty of our clientele.

Your profile

• Ideally, you have good knowledge or experience in the automotive field and/or in after-sales service.
• You possess technical skills and a genuine interest in automobiles.
• You have a sense of contact and particularly enjoy the relationship with the clientele.
• Organized, autonomous, dynamic and conscientious, you know how to manage priorities.
• You are comfortable in communication and like to look for solutions.
• You have a sense of service, quality and well-done work.
• A CFC in the automotive field or an equivalent training constitutes an asset.
• Experience as a service advisor, service receiver or automotive mechanic wishing to evolve towards a more customer-oriented function is also welcome.
• You appreciate teamwork and wish to invest in a family business that is fully evolving.
• Proficiency in German constitutes an asset.
