Your tasks
As a Service Advisor, you are at the center of the customer relationship and contribute significantly to the smooth operation in the workshop. Specifically, the following tasks are part of your area of responsibility:

• Care for our customers from A to Z, from appointment scheduling to vehicle handover
• Planning workshop orders taking into account resources, deadlines, and parts availability
• Central coordination function between customers and workshop management
• Competent and proactive advice for our customers as well as the development of suitable solutions
• Creation of offers and management of repair orders until invoicing and payment
• Participation in the organization of the service area, including the planning and follow-up of certain team activities

Your profile
Mandatory requirements:

• Basic technical training (mechanics or related field)
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Organizational talent, structured way of working, and the ability to handle multiple files simultaneously
• Good knowledge of common IT applications
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a high sense of responsibility
• Native French or German with good knowledge of the other language respectively

Additional plus points:

• Professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in the commercial vehicle sector
• Further training as a Service Advisor with a federal diploma (eidgenössischem Fachausweis)
• Sales talent and enjoyment in customer consulting
• Driving license category C/CE
